What governmental policies might be most effective in mitigating it? At what level of government? The governmental polices that will mitigate any climate issues is the Presidents Obama Climate Action Plan. The action plan has been developed at the federal government level. The Obama administration is taking action to combat climate change. The Obama administration has implemented and outlined a federal Climate Action Plan that will address carbon pollution, changings in climate that may affect the global climate change. The world is worried about dying because the governments seemed to underplay the importance of saving the ecosystem for the future. The concern today is the record breaking cold and hot regions that reflect the average temperature of the earth and oceans. The extreme weather impacts our agriculture ability to produce food. The best example is the tomatoes scare that caused the farmers to try to be creative in bringing in the tomatoes crops by planting them out of season because of the unpredictable weather freezes. The United States federal government has implement many new policies to address climate control and provide direction for the private sector to eliminate the dangerous gases that is damaging our ozone. The Obama Climate Action Plan is one the most popular and effective plans that will lead the world in protecting the environment however, more polices need to be implemented to ensure the future of the earth remains positive.
