Essay

The capacity to continue my educational studies is one goal that I want to engage with. I would like to improve the way I teach my students and help them develop into a more defined option of growth. As for the time being, I would like to have the capacity to improve myself in the way I handle my career and the way I affect my stakeholders. In doing so, I do expect to become more extensive especially in making sure that I gain the most comprehensive ways of growth through engaging in trainings and educational improvements that I could get through online connection.

Among the three primary online resources I am aiming to access include:

  • Harvard Extension School: http://www.extension.harvard.edu/distance-education

This website provides an extensive source of implication especially on the ways by which a highly intuitive institution aims to reach out to students aiming to learn through an online portal of education through providing them a better sense of the opportunities that are opened for them to embrace.

  • Diploma in Psychology: Alison Learning Institution. http://alison.com/courses/Diploma-in-Psychology/content

Practical options of learning through the internet are provided by the Alison Learning Institution. This course would be helpful in assisting me to understand the situation of my students and adjusting to their learning needs accordingly.

  • Oxford UK: Department for Continuing Education. https://www.conted.ox.ac.uk/courses/online/

Oxford UK provides a determinable course of educational development, one that fully accomplishes the desire of improving the way the assumption of good education is identified well, especially in aiming to make a greater sense on how continuing education is all about with full direction on how the students are to learn the modern ways of teaching.

These courses offered online are expected to help me hone the skills I need to further the way I teach my students and the way I embrace my career fully. Relatively, it could be understood that somehow, through these options, matters of personal and professional development would be opened to me accordingly.
