Values are the desired perceptions and good views of society. They bring forth an element of cultural dimension. China has a culture divided into these cultural dimensions (Sui-Pheng 7-16).

In terms of assertiveness, China has a level of 1.18 because it has one of the most aggressive markets resulting from self-confidence in manufacturing many products and accessories.

Performance orientation for China is also at 1.18. This is because of the huge labor force of the country resulting from the high population and many qualified professionals.

Future orientation is at 1.18 in China. This is because of the high rate of industrialization, enabling the country to have a high prospective future.

In human orientation field, the country is at 0.25. Because of the high population and the distinct values of individuals, the country’s culture cannot guide the population is a single direction, human orientation is more of a diversified phenomenon (Sui-Pheng 7-16).

Hofstede’s Value Dimensions application in china could place power distance at 0.8. This is due to the inequalities existing at a high level in the country’s population in terms of power and wealth because of communism.

Uncertainty avoidance in China’s culture is at 1. This is because of the religious attributes inscribed in the culture of the population.

Individualism is at 0.2 because the country is united by communist rule of collectivity.

Masculinity is at 0.2 levels because there is a high level of equity in gender within the country’s cultures.

Long-term orientation in china is at 1.18 because it has a prospective future considering its growth pattern that takes a positive drift (Sui-Pheng 7-16).

According to Trompenaar, China can rate at 1.18 in Obligation because the Chinese are more obligated to their duties owing to strong religious connotations.

The emotional orientation is more like a religious aspect and rate at 1.18 because they have strong family ties.

Privacy in relationships is close to 0.18 because the strong family ties are essential in running the system.

Power and status rate at 1 because the Chinese culture is governed by communism that ascribes power and status to individuals.
