Introduction

Communication is an important part of determining the foundation of particular organizations especially dedicated to profiting from the different operations that the said organizations tend to embrace. The belief over the context on how communication creates a definite connection between individuals working within the organization creates a more expansive manner by which workers tend to operate fully as a unified unit, rather than simply becoming a corporation separate individuals. In this memo, a particular attention to improved communication is given specific consideration, especially when it comes to dealing with the condition by which intercultural communication provides a more definite sense of control on how workers are understood and how their concerns are addressed accordingly, so as to make sure that the foundation of relational connection between individuals in the company would provide a more definite sense of control on how members of the company would be able to work towards reaching the organization’s primary goal.

Necessarily, managers find it helpful to create a common ground between members of the organization in order to make sure that they are to support the communication needs of each member of the business hence empowering them to work together as one unit and not against each other.

Intercultural communication poses a challenge of creating point of commonality in communication between members of the organization. Creating common grounds shall include a central indication of concentration and interest among members of the business that would allow the employers to mandate a better sense of connection among themselves in order to reach a common goal between them and the administrators as well (Bovee, 56). Setting policies of communication conflicts ought to take cover on how the connection between employees as they work together as a unified team could be protected accordingly. Reducing pressure and tension ought to give insistent consideration on how the conflict policies are to be established to present a more constructive form of improvement on how people are to be supported accordingly, hence making a distinct effect on how individuals ought to be given attention to as members of the business and not as mere units of [a] working machine (Bovee, 59).

Conclusion

Overall, this memo hopes to imply on the distinct need by which individuals ought to be empowered through the establishment of good communication connection between members of the business. Making sure that ‘understanding’ is one element that needs to be addressed in these policies, conflicts between individuals working for the organization need to be given attention to as well; hence establishing a much stronger form of communication culture in the organization. Businesses ought to give attention to how the insistence of good communication creates a more workable environment for their employees. Noticeably, this insists on the fact that members of the organization ought to be guided well in order for communication issues and conflicts to be managed accordingly.
