Business Plan

Marketing Strategy

CustoMove is a company that tries to attract customers from two different sectors of the residential industry. Relatively, it could be realized that the organization hopes to champion the concept of not only being able to help their clients move from one place to another, they also hope to help in determining a new place for them to live  a better life in. The location of the business is considered as one of the most effective way of marketing the business, its product and its services to the target market which includes students living within the areas around the university location.

Another aspect that needs to be given attention to is the desire of the company to provide a distinct source of confidence especially when it comes to making a mark on how the life of their clients could change through time. CustoMove tries to get involved in social marketing, something that gets to the target market directly and effectively [given that they include students living close to the area where the business is established].

Penetration Goals

Pentrating the market is not easy especially that the organization wants to define their position under two particular umbrellas of operation. As a mover company, CustoMove has to deal with specifically established organizations in the area. They already have a notable name, but the company needs to make sure that the market knows they are willing to offer something more than just moving or transferring the things of the home owners from one place to another. Notably, what makes the organization more effective in penetrating the market is the utilization of its website and how it is able to provide the clients a chance to see what the business is willing to offer them with. Through allowing them to customize their own place, the clients are given the proper chance to understand the concept of development that the company offers as interior decorators. The website helps a lot in drafting the reputation the business wants to carry in front of their clients.

Pricing and Packaging

The pricing is competitive. The packaging is also effective so as to secure every single property that the clients own. Giving attention to how their clients’ items are protected during the transfer process could be considered as one of the most important elements that the company holds true especially in determining the service they are supposed to give their new and regular clients.

Sales and Distribution

Since the organization is entering a growing industry, CustoMove specifically entails to create a new way of determining how to reach out to clients and close transactions successfully as they complete both transfer and designing services.

Services and Warranty Policies

The company gives assistance and support procedures to clients who need their attention even after the completion of a certain project. Relatively, this gives a distinct impact on how the organization takes on the challenge of becoming an established partner for their clients in determining a better life for themselves through developing a better condition of living in their own homes.

Advertising, Public Relation and Promotions

The utilization of social media works well for CustoMove as their target market actually affects the way they are viewed by the students and how their services are understood to take on root on how they could actually be involved in making better living options for themselves as they choose to reside in particular organizations. This is the best way for the organization to engage with its target market and make a reputation that the people would be able to accept and engage with.
