Each aspect of the evaluation process should be weighted differently, with certain points of the managerial staffs’ opinion weighing the most, based on the ability of the worker to meet job expectations and similar characteristics. However, the ability of the worker to get along with others could be reported effectively by the coworkers themselves. It would be beneficial for the HR team to develop a comprehensive evaluation plan based on the aforementioned recommendation.
