These stakeholders have to ensure that the management and leadership style practiced by the nurse leaders embraces the element of change. They have a role in ensuring that nurses are properly trained to adopt and accept change in their profession. The stakeholders should launch a joint initiative aimed at ensuring that the practices in the nursing profession are in tandem with the current environmental issues. The stakeholders should ensure that the nurses work in a suitable environment that not enables them to provide high quality medical services but also suitable for their health as human beings. The change element impacts on the stakeholders by enabling them to get superior health care services that meet their needs.
