With the internet being the primary portal of information, it is assumed that the emergence of new technologies that redefine mobile-based communication would flood the market in the next five to 15 years. While IT operations relating to social developments basing on IT define progressions continue to create a new sense of distinct insistence on what is meant by social technology, mobile-devices and easy-to-carry technologies dedicated to communication are assured to make a mark on the modern society and how it is likely to embrace the concept of international communication as a form of definite basis of social development.

With the current situation of international relation between countries, it is also assumed that warfare IT operations would also make a mark in the concepts of developmental research that IT departments take into account at present which will definitely change the platform of IT progressions in the next five to ten years. With the desire to increase warfare operations, nations that are at the defensive stance are expected to make complex systems that will increase their strategy’s integrity in facing the social challenge of determining their capacity to establish military defense through the use of IT strategies. On the other hand, nations dedicated to creating peaceful options of development are expected to improve the way they embrace IT’s worth especially in determining a better sense of how to protect themselves and their nations from the scrupulous attacks of other nations that are based on IT strategies as well. Developing programs that would enable countries to become more effective in embracing efficient security options for nations aiming to become more capable of protecting their people and their assets for social, industrial and national progress defines the overall value of IT in the modern society in the next decade.
