Given the case scenario presented as part of the case, it could be realized that when it comes to issues of employment, ethical matters take a high stand especially in determining the work nature and work environment of individuals performing for the organization’s growth. It could be understood that somehow, the concept of proper work ambiance goes well with the idea of empowering workers to perform well. However, when it comes to the determination of the role of HR personnel in handling policy issues in consideration with ethical matters such as racial discrimination and the manner by which workers are set aside because of particular differences they have against others, the need to be specific and tactical is necessary.

For instance, a particular person might not be fully able to perform with his duties due to the constant consideration over the tension that is rising between him and his colleagues because of particular differences he has with them [perhaps involving race, culture or tradition]. HR personnel managers ought to give attention to this matter immediately as it might affect the entire productivity of the organization. To support the need to control the situation, changing the culture of the workers especially in balancing out themselves with their colleagues through creating common grounds of agreement between them [with the use of proper policy making operations] would be a necessary step to take into account. True, an HR personnel have all the authority needed to change the environment of the organization. With the use of proper policing tools, an HR personnel would be able to refurnish the nature of working environment that the employees are involved in especially in terms of developing a better sense of production procedures and better income source for the whole organization.
