Evaluating the Literature Sources, Essay Example

Pages: 1

Words: 391

Essay

Since the focus of the research is on renal system and how it is supposed to be learned accordingly, the literature resources that were collected could be considered practical enough to use as reference for the study. For instance, Bastable’s (2014) Nurse as Educator gives a distinct indication on the role of nurses that is way beyond the responsibility of giving health services to the public. Nurses also stand as teachers to the public especially when it comes to dealing with the most common yet unknown cases such as the renal system. In the aim of sending off important information about this system of the body to the public, the references to be used supports the concept of developmental understanding that is aimed to be defined in the research.

The work of Gronlund and Brookhart (2009) on Writing Instructional Objectives provide good help in making a more constructive form of research in writing. This will make the arguments and presentations of the research clearer especially for the sake of the readers to understand the whole matter based on their own personal basis of perception. On the other hand, when it comes to measuring the elements that are to be used to redefine the value of the research, the reference on Oermann and Gaberson (2005) entitled Evaluation and Testing in Nursing Education provides a good backbone to the determination of the worth of the research as it is to be actually applied in practice. Overall, these references provide a good source of determinable course of development especially regarded as the manner of strengthening the arguments and idealisms that the researchers want to impose on the readers. From this point of view, it could not be denied that the references chosen to support the whole research are valid enough to give higher value to the research being completed.
