Puberty stimulates an interest in searching for an identity because the adolescent is going through images changes with their bodies and intellectual changes.

The unintended effect might result in the relationships within the family having problems. The parents or siblings may not be able to relate to the adolescent.

An increasingly early puberty may result in a child not at the maturity level able to deal with an identity crisis.

A healthcare worker who knowingly gives the child without healthcare, healthcare would be placed on stage 3 of Kohlberg’s Stage of Moral Development. During this stage people believe they should act in behavior that has good motives for others.

Empathy from doctors towards patients can result in the doctor not caring because they get to invested and lose track of their job, resulting in resentment.

The middle position is necessary for a doctor.  Limiting hours in order to reduce burnout is a good place for doctors to reduce stress and be able to provide empathy toward theirs patients.

This can cause tension in a relationship as an individual is only responding per their physiological state.  In Sternberg’s triachic theory, he proposed that the amount of love a couple experiences are dependent on the strength of three components, intimacy, compassion and commitment. This can lead to distrust because if all three components are not strong, the relationship will fail.

Similarities and dissimilarities of interests and values play a huge role in relationships. If two people are not in agreement on issues that can alter or change major factors in their lives, this can lead to conflict in the relationship.
