Giving International Aid to Poor Countries, Outline Example

This argument advances the proposition that international aid to poor countries has its advantages and disadvantages. From the perspective of empathy, moral conscience advocates that, rich people should help poor ones irrespective of the  distinct circumstances producing the poverty situation. However, when this paradigm is taken from the level of a country to country dimension one questions what are the benefits and negative impacts of giving international aid to poor countries.

Does this help poor countries develop independence or keeps them dependant on the host country? Is poverty encountered by poor countries a strategy of keeping them subjugated to larger world powers or rich countries? Is imperialism still active in our global society with a new hat under the same face? These are some concerns this writer has as it pertains to international Aid to poor counties.
