Research Paper

Nurses working under the concept of maternity leadership are highly affected by factors of both macro and microeconomics. For instance, the elements of macroeconomics, concerning the government and the funds related to its capacity to support the healthcare operations of the nation, are creating a more defined insistence on how the national resources are to be used to redefine the ways by which the demands of the people are responded to. The responsibility of the government to provide what is needed by the people is an extensive source of competence for the health workers as they face the distinct consistence of population increase in the society. The more the people are the higher the healthcare requirements are. Practically, the involvement of the government in the process is one that assures the capacity of the nurses to become more effective in providing their stakeholders.

On the other hand, the microeconomic factors have actually created a more defined sense of control on how maternity leaders are actually able to provide individual care to target patients. Most likely, the nurses are given a better chance to provide a more distinct sense of direction to the people who are residing in the societies to which the services are being directed to. Relatively, the microeconomic factors affecting the work of the maternity leaders working as nurses to conceiving and birthing mothers would be that of the capacity of each household to respond to the need for vitamins and other supporting medicines needed to ensure the proper birth situations of the infants being delivered by the mothers, especially by those who have specific conditions particularly creating an extensive effect on how the whole society is served by the healthcare industries present in the area. This would create a highly defined structure of  healthcare system in the society as desired for the whole population of the community.
