Because of the emergence of capitalism and the way the American nation embraced its value towards creating a more constructive process of establishing a hierarchical system that makes it easier for the resources to be distributed to the public, it became easier for the capitalists to invoke power on those whom they have control over. The laborers came under the control of the capitalists fully until the point of the laborers [mostly coming from the more inferior races] becoming oppressed. Such oppression became a point of racial discrimination that later on developed into a social conflict that was brought into existence even after the overall point of reconstructing the American society’s status of economic development. Through the years, the point of discrimination among the American population because of racial differences continues to affect the overall status of the nation’s point of development. Noticeably, winning over this social challenge is one that pressures the American national administration to become a lot less powerful in controlling the basic issues that the people of the nation have to deal with. Noticeably, the American society have grown much tolerable regarding this issue; however, such tolerance do not fully remove the problem, instead, it worsens the situation and makes it harder for the administrational operations to fully gain control of the problem.
