Without this particular aspect, it is not possible for a manager to plan and manage things accordingly. Secondly, a good leader should have some human skills in themselves. Fortunate for Eric William that he has the right level of Human skills and guts through which they win the confidence of their team members. Eric William also revealed that a leader or manager should behave in an Ethical manner because it is the only thing that can assist them to devote everything for their employees. Eric William revealed their secret to become a successful leader by sharing that he can communicate with their subordinates easily and in a free environment. Eric gives complete authority to each and every team member through which they can share their thoughts and hamper any activity that might not be sufficient for the company in the near future. Most of the leaders in different organizations are now moving towards managing their employees in a well-directed manner, by utilizing the stance of Management Bi Objectives (MBO), whereas the employees are in direct linkage with the management of the companies in terms of giving their personal suggestions. Eric is likely to adopt the same aspect to become a successful leader. This particular activity not only satisfies the needs of their employees but also makes them innovative and productive for the betterment of the company.
