How Technology Has Changed the Learning Environment, Essay Example

Pages: 1

Words: 265

Essay

Thinking of your workplace, explain how technology has changed the learning environment. If it has not changed the learning environment, describe what changes you would make to bring technology to learning at your workplace.

Technology has provided my organization the chance to manage every single detail of our operation in a more constructive and convincing manner. The approach of development that the entire team of workers has embraced specifically creates a relative definition of what should be expected from our administration and from us as well. One aspect of development that it has imposed on the organization is the process of improving the scheduling method of the team-based management. Through a Gantt Chart scheduling system, the HR personnel are able to make amendments and immediate shifting changes especially when it comes to the course of defining the capability of the organization to handle scheduling conflicts.

Through this system, the operation of our team becomes an effective source of confidence for the whole organization and the reputation it is trying to incur in front of the market. Another aspect of development it provides is the fact that the administrators can now effectively contact and motivate distant offshore employees which they have created transactions with to continuously support the company’s growth. Believably, the process by which the organization grows even outside the actual boundaries of our main headquarters implicates the real value of technology in our organization. With the pressing need to develop, technology has quipped our organization with the best options of growth.
