HSBC is one of the largest banking and financial service corporation. The institution deals with risky conditions that are related to financial management. Over the past few decades the competition in the industry has drastically raised. For this reason the bank need to come up with innovation to maintain its customers and attracts new ones (Adrian, 2008).

To satisfy their customer the bank is planning to launch two prepaid credit card, and it has included the new current account

package. The new product is the heart of the company marketing strategy. The bank understands that product that are designed poorly and which do not add value to the customer are destined to fail. For this reason, the bank has formed a marketing team that will formulate marketing plan to market the new products. The following are the company objective that is relevant to the team.

1. To be recognized as the world’s number one bank
2. Be recognized as number one provider of financial service to affluent and mass affluent customers through a premiere and advanced branded proposition. This will be achieved through simple relationship-based management that is enabled by tool and capability to maintain our existing customer and attract new clients.
3. To provide high standards solution and service to the customers.

To deliver the advanced digital capability that will allow our customers to access the finances when it is most convenience to them
