This journal by Diether Gebert and Eric Kearney (The promise of transformational leadership) is an elaboration of transformational leadership and how this kind of leadership acts to moderate team performance, educational background diversity and elaboration of task relevant information from collective team identification and performance. This also views how transformation leadership influence the diverse performance of the team if the team leader’s levels are positive and the longitude rating would be high. This the journal relates to how the performance of transformational leaders moderates and identifies positive relationship with diversity in the team identification. In this journal by Daniel Goleman (Leaders that get result) the author generally addresses key points that make some leaders produce positive results and how they spark other people to achieve the results. The author actually analyzes the set of strategies that these performance leaders set so as to achieve this effective leadership which produces results. In the journal the author critically addresses issues that are harbored by these effective leaders and relates it to components of emotional intelligence. To this the relation which the journal describes as unique and direct is directed into the working atmosphere of the firm and which is later fuelled to the performance in the financial section for best results.
