Introduction
Learning is a part of every individual’s growth. It is often said that learning is a door that never closes for everyone. This is an important factor especially when it comes to the process by which professionals such as nurses come into terms with their responsibilities with their target clients. Understandably, the learning theories that impose on how people grasp the lessons they get from life is an important aspect of this matter. Understanding these theories deeper shall be presented in the annotated bibliography to be discussed in the sections that follow.

Bandura, Albert (1986). Social Foundations of Thought and Action: A social cognitive theory. Englewood Cliffs, N.J.:Prentice Hall. The society itself is an element of learning that affects the personal being of an individual. How one responds to such issues of development determines his or her capability to contend with social changes, which is strongly discussed under the aspects of social learning theory.For nurses, this particular understanding could help in the establishment on how they view their patients as they understand the culture and the values respected by the said individuals. From here, practicing nurses would be able to find a way in defining their roles in the industry with a more specific approach that could help them relate to the personal issues of their patients. From this point, the nurses are given the chance to further impose on a more relative approach in solving issues that their patients undergo especially relating to handling ethical issues that might involve their decisions in receiving or denying particular medical procedures offered to them by the healthcare institution they are admitted in.
