Overall System Description:The healthcare system of Switzerland follows the same pattern that is followed by Netherlands

• The system tries to channel the taxes paid off by the more fortunate members of the society to support the needs of the less fortunate ones.
• Allows the poor members of the community to access good healthcare support from the government and the people paying off taxes that increase the budget dedicated to healthcare operations.

Issues and Considerations:

• Only accredited hospitals are given the opportunity to serve the needs of the poor.
• When poverty-stricken communities are situated within areas where no accredited healthcare facilities are present, then such program and its benefits cannot be fully realized.

Reflection on System Application: budgeting operations for proper healthcare provisions for the poor is being managed by the government.

• The support that the system gets from other healthcare establishments that are not publicly owned ought to be managed accordingly.
• Getting their attention and their willingness to be a part of the operation of giving healthcare support to the poor members of the society could improve whatever healthcare operations Switzerland ought to give freely to the public who cannot gain full access of highly valuable medical treatments given in hospitals to improve health status of the public.
