Assessment

It is without a doubt that the Marketing that has been been brought forth has been made by a professional. Having said this, it is imperative to note the fact that the plan is able to take into account all kinds of factors. What makes this plan a good one is its ability to include certain factors about the business and how those factors will be able to be used throughout the years. In other words, the plan is able to effective analyze the market strategies by locating its key strengths and its weaknesses. The reason as to why this aspect of the plan is so vital is because of the fact that many times companies are not able to differentiate the things in which their businesses are good and what they are bad on. (Citroen)

In addition, the psychographics that are provided by the Marketing plan indicate that company is cognizant of the expectations for the company in the coming years. This is always an important aspect of a company because it shows that the company is professional and is well aware of how to create realistic goals for the future. There is no question about the fact that the Marketing plan is able to target specific social, ethical, and legal considerations. The manner by which they are able to account for these things is quite impressive. This is said as such because the company expects to have its workers be the best of the best with the proper licenses in order to offer insurance to its customers. One of the most notable things about the plan is the way in which it is able to point out that the company is more than willing to take all the necessary steps in order to pay attention to the ethics in regards to how they will be applied for the business operations throughout the years. One certain statement stood out: “Efficiency is doing things right and effectiveness is doing the right things.” With this statement alone, one can assume that the company has a good head on its shoulders and will not do anything to put its customers are risk on purpose. (Lavinsky)

Seeing as how this Marketing plan is such a good and intriguing one, it does not come as a surprise that the company only wishes to prove the best of its services to any and all of its customers. Having said this, it is without a doubt that the company is able to strike the balance between the quality, price, satisfaction, and perceive value of the business operations. Something that certainly stood out when looking over this specific Marketing plan was the matter in how everything was so organized and ready to go. This company is one that takes its business very seriously and it is ready to be lifted off the ground at any moment. Because of this, the company will invariably excel in any and all endeavors, given the fact that it takes all of its matters seriously. This is the type of company that if a problem were to arise, the company would most probably have a certain protocol that should be followed in order to deal and fix that certain problem. Not only that, but it is also important to note the fact that there is a big emphasis placed on the quality and satisfaction of the customer. It would not surprise me if the company were to give a specific customer benefits in the service is he or she was discomforted throughout the insurance process at the company’s expense. What this means is that the company truly cares about its customers and only wishes to provide the finest, best service towards them at all times when in operation. (State Government of Victoria)

Perhaps the best manner through which this plan could be improve is through its sales promotion. It seems as if the creator of the plan was in a hurry and did not focus the time that is necessary to put into sales promotion. Sales promotion is vital in this kind of business so that the customers keep coming back for more and so they refer a friend and such. Regardless, other than the sales promotion aspect, the company was able to formulate an effective plan that will increase its profitability and get it off the ground. (Australian Government)
