When an individual is able to influence the actions and behavior of others such that they follow what he/she does or believes then there is leadership (Yoder-Wise, 2003). Leadership is the process that an individual is able to a change the views, behavior, character and knowledge of others with the objective of attaining a certain goal. Such transformation is achieved through the leader communicating their opinion, knowledge on what is to be achieved for the followers can emulate. This means that the leaders should be aware what is to be achieved and the best way that the stated objectives can be realized. The leader fills the followers with the knowledge that they posses on what is to be achieved and how it is to be achieved and the followers act upon the guidance of the leaders.
