Essay

I recognize the fact that you are indeed aware of the fact that the group Safepack Materials Pollute has recently launched a campaign against Simply Green Products. Their group’s campaign has been fully focused on proving that the packs created by the organization [presented as biodegradable] are most likely not able to respond to what it has primarily promised to provide the society with. This fact has hurt the company’s performance in the market accordingly.

For quite some time, it cannot be denied that the said launching of campaign does create a massive impact on how the company performs as well as how its partnerships has flourished through time. It was rather determinable that the campaign was effective enough to make sure that the condition of development and business performance of the organization would be hurt accordingly as part of the plan. The success of such campaign is rather affective on the overall profit of the organization as well as the reputation that it is represented with in the market and how the public responds to its performance.

It is then just agreeable that responding to this challenge should receive a definite attention from the administration of the company. Being in such a nutshell of situations, it is important for the administration to become fully aware of the need to be more responsive to what is happening especially in the tactics used by the organization to make sure that the business fails in its operations. First and foremost, it is important to note that the goals served by the organization have become very effective because of the fact that the society recognizes the validity of such cause. Recognizing this fact makes the campaign more valid in making sure that the message is clear enough for the people to realize.

Once such consideration is given specific attention to, it is important to take note of how such conditions would be best handled by the administrators accordingly. It is strongly suggested that the case be passed on to an outside legal counsel. This will make it easier for the public to understand that the investigation is unbiased thus making the resulting factors more valid especially in pointing out that the company is sincere in living up to its name. Involving a third party into the case would further strengthen the stand of the organization especially in proving that it is serious in making sure that it sends out the right message and that it provides a more constructive form of support for the creation of a more defined process of showing the public what makes up the constructive form of improvement on how the company operates according to the reputation of being environmentally friendly based on the way it produces its products and the kind of products that it offers to the market accordingly.

The outside legal counsel could support the stand of the organization while an inner-defined campaign is also hoped to make the necessary changes needed to make sure that the fight is solid against such a scrupulous act from an outside organization. Noticeably, the inner-defined campaign could be assisted through the help of online connections including the social networking considerations that the business particularly deals with. Most likely, the consideration of how such online options operate does mandate a definite form of improvement on how the business offers more distinct information that could establish their stand in the market against false allegations. In these campaigns, published press releases could actually give more constructive information on how the business embraces its environmental responsibility as a vital source of its competence especially in serving the needs of its primary stakeholders, the society.

Acknowledging the validity of the concerns of the group and countering such allegations being thrown to the business through pointing out how the organization does respond to its responsibilities to the environment at present and what plans of adjustments the organization hopes to incur in the future solidifies the defense being set up by the business in front of the market. What is most important is that the organization makes sure that the message is solid and that the public would be able to recognize the importance of such message hence reestablishing the good reputation of the organization accordingly.

With the involvement of a third party and the release of a countering campaign to respond to the considerations pointed out by the group, Simply Green Products labeled as SafePack may still regain its good reputation in the market. With a more personal approach towards the partner-businesses that the organization is allied with, holding a closed-door meeting that would help make a much understood condition of definition by which such issues should be resolved and how the organization would want to reestablish its stand in connection to its environmental concerns and how it proves the fact that it is serious in remaining responsible and true to its promise to the public and its primary stakeholders of providing biodegradable products to the market.

Thank you for your consideration and time in reading through these suggestions. Hope these suggestions help.
