Every person has a right to work in an environment free of assault, threats, harassment and other displays of workplace violence. Our company is committed to assuring safe working environment for all our employees.

We share a zero tolerance policy towards the displays of workplace violence in our offices. Any employee who was noticed committing assault, harassment, or other forms of workplace violence towards his/her co-workers, customers, or business partners will be subject to appropriate disciplinary actions, up to and including dismissal from his/her position within our Company.

In order to help our employees clarify what the displays of workplace violence are, some definitions are given below:

Assault – any intentional attempt to inflict injury upon another person, or display of power that may make the victim expect physical harm. Assault may include, but is not limited to unsolicited physical contact, doing bodily harm, striking etc.

Threat– any statement or action targeted at intimidating another person, interfering with his/her workplace duties, making him/her fear of physical, emotional, or financial harm, or harm to his/her property.

Harassment – any behavior targeted at disturbing or upsetting another person performed intentionally. Harassment includes any behavior found threatening or disturbing

Any employee who was a subject to workplace assault, was threatened or harassed, should report it to his/her manager immediately. In case he/she was assaulted by his/her manager or supervisor, he/she should escalate the report. Employees who witness any displays of workplace harassment are strongly encouraged to report them to their managers, or upper management.

Creating a safe and friendly working environment, free of any displays of violence is one of the crucial objectives for our company. This goal cannot be reached without the help of each and every member of our team.
