The agencies that are dedicated to mandating such developments could also work together and create definite pattern of research that could help in improving the knowledge-base for the assumption of improved approach to resolving issues for concerned individuals.

Besides budget and research resources, these agencies are also expected to work together in creating connection between procedures of operation in the hope of targeting particular problems successfully; hence lessening the point of complication when dealing with mental health issues among patients [especially having the same issues with addiction that causes further problems in the process of resolving the situations].
