Pages: 1

Words: 343

Essay

In my career experiences to date, I have recognized that my faith has provided a steady influence in making decisions and in supporting a dynamic where I am able to continuously grow as an individual and to make the most of each and every experience. I believe that my faith has been my rock in many ways and has enabled me to overcome many difficulties and challenges throughout my career. My ability to bounce back and to persevere in spite of any limitations has been critical to my success and growth as a professional. I have recognized that my faith sets the tone for many of the decisions that I make throughout my life, including those involving my career and the experiences that I have had and would like to have. Since my faith is so strong, it has provided me with a significant support system as I meet new challenges and opportunities throughout my career.

I believe that relationships are also critical to the success of my career and in working well with others. I have learned to communicate with my peers more effectively and have also been able to grow and thrive, even in teams where my skillset has been underutilized. I strive to communicate with others as openly and as honestly as possible, and this has created a path towards success and achievement that has been largely instrumental in my professional growth to date. It is necessary to have positive relationships because it provides a guiding framework for achieving effective outcomes throughout my career. In addition, my personal relationships have been significant contributors to my career, as they have provided me with greater motivation and strength in order to perform to the best of my ability. Naturally, some relationships are more difficult than others, but I try to learn from each experience so that I am able to focus on my career path and objectives as best as possible. These opportunities are essential to my personal and professional growth and in ensuring that I making the appropriate decisions regarding my career.
