On January 9, 2008 at 2:30 pm a bank robbery occurred at the Wells Fargo Bank situated at 100 main streets in Los Angels California. The robbery provided as involving a lone white male described to be between 5’6” to 6’ tall and between the ages of 20-25 with green eyes, brown hair, and weighing about 190 to 200 pounds entered into the Wells Fargo bank at 100 Main Street in Los Angels California. The suspect described as wearing a red jacket, blue jeans and a white shirt. The suspect robbed the bank by approaching a teller who is Smith and handing her a note that demanded a sum of $5,000 in bills of 20$. However, Smith gave the suspect an approximate of $2000 from her cash drawer. The suspect gave Smith instructions not  to activate the bank alarm or the robber would shoot her. Smith did not activate the bank alarm and the robber managed to get out of the bank without any suspicion. Failure to activate the bank alarm by the teller enabled the robber to exit the bank without apprehension.  The individual left the bank through the main entry of the bank. The robber was on foot at the time of exiting the bank. However, the individual was last seen getting into an old model dark blue ford automobile. The witness to the crime is Jane Smith who is the bank teller and whom the robbery suspect had threatened. The teller was the only witness to the robbery as there was no alarm raised as a consequence of the robbery. The address of the witness is 2056 Maple Street Los Angels California. The witnesses’ telephone number is 202-000-0000.
