Research Paper

Diet, well-being, and safety are among the three parameters that are very key in the lives of students. This insinuates that the learners should always consider the best options when achieving these factors. Nutrition can be seen as the allocation of good nutrients to the body system of an individual to promote good health (WHO). Health is the total well-being of a person, while safety is the situation of staying away from any source of danger or harmful condition. The “three combined” to take part in an essential duty in kids’ lives in society. Nutrition, Health, and Safety are very important in the lives of individuals since they will define the success and service delivery of the individuals in the society and determine their general performance in life in school and after school. We shall discuss how the three parameters may determine the failure or success of a student. The teachers will not have any problem of continuous checking on the health of students since the basics have been provided to them.

Every student strives to achieve the best from their instructors and/or parents as well as themselves. Therefore, learners have a mandate to ensure that they incorporate only the essential part of their lifestyle that will promote their development and results in school. Better nutrition will often transpire to good health. Good health will provide security in terms of diseases and many other vices that may inflict on the body; therefore, the three works together to ensure the student is secure and safe at home school. Hence guardians participate an essential duty to make sure that their subjects get the best diet that can translate to perfect health and safety in the conditions of their clients. Since the sick students will cause distraction in the learning process and also the sick students will lose a lot compared to their fellow students in the school who are healthy.

The provision of better nutrition will often translate to better health for students. Good health will mean that the students will remain happy most of the time since they will have flourishing health and be secure from diseases. Furthermore, the children will be in a situation to corporate with their fellow students in school, forming a joyful and positive environment in the institutional compound. Therefore, the teachers will not have any problem of continuous checking on the health of students since the basics have been provided to them.

In addition, the students with better health and security will develop stable academic mindsets and will be exemplary performers compared to students who do not have good health and security (Fisher et al., 2021). In addition, all the minds of the student will be focused in class and not on the issues related to his well-being. Therefore, both parties are in a position to provide these basics to receive different outcomes from their children.

Also, mental development is different compared to the ones lacking some requirements. It will enable them to be critical thinkers in the next generation, and it will transpire to their success in the current challenging world. Therefore, to be a critical thinker starts from the school that provides the best and cool environment that may support the health and growth of learners. Furthermore, good health has been linked to proper brain development compared to poor health and the environment. Hence, nutrition in terms of good food, good health, and security will ensure that the future generation is composed of critical thinkers who can easily solve societal problems and provide outstanding results.

In addition, good security means that the students will develop positive attitudes towards their teachers and peers. Therefore, the types of associations they will form in the school and home environment will also be fruitful. Therefore, no cases of bad groups will exist in the school, meaning that the society will be a very peaceful place to stay and live in. However, the absence of better nutrition and security from bad influences will mean that the students will be exposed to negative people and bad health conditions. It will, in turn, influence their future lives, translating to the demoralization of society and failure in their lives.

Consequently, the students’ emotional safety is also very important since it translates into failure or success in life and school. The teachers or tutors and the parents can enhance emotive well-being. It is very useful since it will affect the student internally, which may be worse than physical safety (Merrilees, 2018). The emotionally disturbed student or learner may not achieve better results as compared to other secured and/or emotionally stable comrades or students. This, therefore, means that parents should not expose their children to violent environments and scenes that may distract their children’s attention. It will see them quitting school and automatically failing in life by indulging in illicit activities.

In supplement, teachers play a key role in protecting the emotional safety of the students since it will affect the psychosocial development of the student for most of their life. Therefore, to prevent the students from being destroyed emotionally, the schools should strive to ensure practices that will protect children’s emotions. They should not allow children to be exposed to aggressive and violent behaviors that may traumatize the students in any way. Since Behaviorism theory explains that children learn by observation. Therefore, negative events will lead to negative attitudes being developed by the students (McLeod, 2017). They should also ensure that no form of bullying exists in the school compound as it will affect many students.

In conclusion, the teachers and parents are responsible for checking the students’ diet to keep them safe from diet-related diseases. Both parties are in a position to provide these basics to receive different outcomes from their children. Furthermore, the children will be in a situation to corporate with their fellow students in school, forming a joyful and positive environment in the institutional compound. By ensuring all these, the students will feel safe in the hands of both teachers and fellow students, making them become exemplary performers and be a success in their school life and life after school. The teachers will not have any problem of continuous checking on the health of students since the basics have been provided to them.
