Every organization has its set of rules and guidelines that serve to give directions on how to carry out the day-to-day activities. These directives also called policies need to be followed in all occasions if smooth operations are to be realized. For instance, some companies hold that customers visiting the business organization for any of the reason should not be reimbursed for the expenses costs they incur.
