People who are inclined to seek homeopathic remedies may find that herbal treatments reduce the inflammatory symptoms associated with the condition. While some patients insist that herbs, such as astragalus, Cat’s Claw, Japanese Knotwood and andrographis not only treat their painful symptoms but actually cure Lyme disease, others view these treatments as merely experimental, with traditional antibiotic treatment as the more reliable path (Lyme Disease Treatment: Herbs, 2012.)
