The organizations that aspire for high-performance culture must strive to develop and also deploy performance and quality measures that are perfectly aligned to the mission, vision, and strategic plan of the organization. These are the only beneficial systems that sustain their position as high performance firms (Pierce, John, Richard & Robinson, 2005).

Any organization that has a system of performance and quality measures culture that is oriented to results is specifically focused to the alignment of their performance with the mission, vision, and strategic plan of the organization. This is facilitated by empowering human resources in the organization to acquire an express sight between the expectations of performance and identification of relevant systems as well as the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic plan All these links must be made elaborate and effectively communicated to employees so that they can be empowered to direct all efforts on the activities that are likely to meet the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic planof the organization (Robey & Daniel, 2007). Organizations must therefore hold the workforce accountable for the actions that prop up the strategic plans the aid in achieving organization’s mission, vision, and strategic plan.

The achievement of this depends on the level of involvement of senior executives in the organization along with their managers. Leadership therefore plays a pivotal role in in the creation as well as implementation of performance and quality measures that are perfectly aligned to the mission, vision, and strategic plan of the organization. The performance and quality measures framework must also be cohesive as well as clear such that levels in the organization can understand it clearly. This thence facilitates the human resources to support mission, vision, and strategic plan and therefore realize the performance and quality measures of the organization.
