Essay
  1. I have made tremendous contributions to my groups by providing alternative ways of mastering the English language. Through strong discussion, which I proposed, we have attained the learning framework, which has transformed our understanding of English.
  2. Through my intervention, we created group rules that have guides throughout our discussion since members abide by the laid rules making discussion interactive and fruitful. Through sharing rationale and thoughts, I have spearheaded some of the discussions in our group a notch higher due to well and elaborate discussions.

Generally, I have heard tremendous improvement because of the robust and intense discussions which drive our group.

  1. Our group motto is a collective responsibility for improving individual abilities. We have collected all the required resources as each, and everyone brings a copy of a book that we share and read in recycle for improvement in English performance. The group cohesion that we have built over time has given us an easy time managing time since I can alert other members on the daily discussion progress.
  2. English is a subject that requires extensive reading and discussions. I have been able to widen my reading and mastery of English through the discussion. I started this semester. My intensive involvement in class discussions and vast reading have built my language and writing skills. English is a vital subject that needs a robust framework of incorporating ideas and learning objectives. For instance, since we inaugurated our group on a particular framework and mission for providing a good environment for teamwork and overall performance, we have developed tremendously both at a person and group level, indicating the numerous benefits of evaluation and teamwork. Self-evaluation is an indicator that provides alternative ways used in measuring performance over a given period.

It is possible to develop teamwork and god discussion criteria. I have developed a good insight into English and communication through our healthy framework of involvement and evaluation. Self-evaluation is key, and our group has made it a cornerstone of our overall performance. The policies I proposed have steered us in managing our time during discussions and classwork, which is necessary for steering any group. I can boldly say that the changes we made in our groups have assisted most of our members hence the need for such policy frameworks. Likert scale is a good framework that is necessary when looking into performance. Group discussion is profitable because it enhances the sharing of ideas, which generally improves performance. Self-evaluation is necessary because it acts as a measure of an individual’s performance, which is fundamental to tracking performance over a given period of time.

Dillon Park is cooperative and full of ideas. His evaluation has pointed out that he can do better in English. Dillon can do better in English if he can get more books. He does not have most of the books. I hope to move forward; we can engage in more healthy discussion by forming a discussion timetable. Creating a discussion timetable will give us guidelines on how best to utilize our time in class and discussion groups. Moving forward, we will also incorporate other members from other groups to widen our scope of thought.
