This plan for success determines where the music program at Kings Grant High school is going over the next year. This plan also establishes how the program is going to attain the projected goals and the manner of quantifying the achievement of these goals. The music program at the high school is open to all students and receives support from various stakeholders, parents and the school administration. The program has performed exemplary in the previous years, and as such, it has gained widespread support from the school community. Despite these achievements, the program is faced with multiple challenges that hinder its excellent performance. Thus, his plan is aimed at providing an outline for improving the performance of this program through the formulation of strategies aimed at this end.
The Vision of Kings Grant high school music program is to develop the students’ ability to create, perform, and appreciate music at their highest standard and in a safe and encouraging environment.
The objectives of the program are to provide funding to existing programs on a consistent basis and maintain an atmosphere of budgetary security for the existing programs, as well as fund instrument-purchasing plans.
