PB 41 Critically analyze, monitor, and evaluate interventions
The need to work with the family and create a form of connection between them and the child involved in the situation is an essential part of the process of making a better environment for the child’s recovery and development from her behavioral problems. In a way, the intervention that should be applied must insist on the creation of realization on the part of the parents hence making them more knowledgeable of what goes on in their child and how to deal with it.
To be able to establish this process, a definition on how the parents currently work together is a crucial aspect of the developmental intervention to apply for the case being dealt with. The primary concern is the child’s development, however the attitude and the reaction of the individuals surround her have a great impact on how she counter reacts on the situation. Helping the parents realize this fact is essential hence equipping them with the recognition of the need to cooperate with each other especially in dealing with a behaviorally disturbed child. Talking with the parents is just the beginning, getting involved in their daily dealings through making them present the facts more evenly during interview sessions would clarify what specifically goes wrong in the family system that makes it hard for them to control their emotions especially when it comes to dealing with the child’s upbringing issues.
Making the ends meet should help the parents of Avery take contentious considerations on how they relate to each other and how they respond to each other’s reaction when frustration and tension surges at home. Giving them suggestive procedures which they can use to calm the home environment down would be specifically helpful in this case.

It could be analyzed that the life a child leads is indeed highly dependent on the core unit of association he or she gets in-touch with, the family. In the case of Avery, her parents should be noted that the environment of the home does so much to create an impact on how she develops as a person. Her behavioral issues may be just one part of the problem. Becoming overly frustrated about the matter does not make her parents capable of handling the issue. Notably, helping Avery’s parents find a way to better understand the situation and settle on the matter calmly would provide assistance to Avery’s better development in a more effective and directive pattern.

Avery may have a psychological condition that pushes her behavior to the brim. Nevertheless, Dealing with the situation and resolving the issue should be dependent on the definitive course by which she is able to communicate to her parents with full confidence that she would be listened to. The scientific definition of communication in relation the development of children indicates a sense of confidence that makes it easier for the children to make assertive directions on themselves as they deal with their own personal behavioral issues. Controlling or directly pushing a child to do something she does not understand even worsens the situation. Lesbianism may be one factor that the parents carry on their shoulders. It is essential that the parents be directed to enjoin a support group that would help them address their issues. Convincing them to enroll or at least have Avery listed on a therapy session with peers realizing and experiencing her own case could also help in lessening the pressure and frustrations in the family. Providing them the proper chance to manifest unity at home and allowing them to breathe out through having their own support group systems is expected to create a holistic approach that would make it easier for them to incur success in relation to the case they are dealing with.
PB 2 Practice personal reflection and self-correction to assure continual professional development
The parents of Avery should know that changes to the situation would not easily happen. Everything should be worked upon and lowering their expectations on the matter gradually could lessen both the stress and the frustrations they are experiencing with their child. Relatively, the course of living that they take should be transformed and gradually corrected hence fashio0ning it to the situation that they are supposed to deal with. Seeing the results slowly coming into place should be considered by the parents as achievements of each step that they take to make the situations easier to handle at home and even outside its limits. Having them realize that they have someone to return to in case particular fall-backs occur could support their desire to solve the problem.
