I am writing to you regarding the bank’s ATM services. In the recent past, Smart Bank has done its best in rolling out a program meant to install accessible and reliable ATM machines in major public places across this region. This program is within the bank’s goal of ensuring quick and accessible banking services to its dear customers. However, the bank has encountered a small technical hitch concerning its ATM operations.

It has always been the bank’s pleasure having a strong and loyal customer base. In this regard, the bank directs most of its efforts in responding to your needs and preferences within the banking service industry. In addition, it works tirelessly towards protecting your assets and investments against theft and other insecurities. We have always stayed updated on the various technological advances within the ATM industry.
