The other employees have been hired after these twenty employees that are fighting diligently for their work place with the company, do not possess the same skills as these twenty employees and further the company would have to spend more money training the newer employers if they were kept aboard. Though the company is paying slightly higher salaries to the more experienced employees the slightly higher pay is a projection of the skills they can help the company to create higher production and sales revenues with the downward economy. This is an essential tool that newcomers just cannot provide for the economy.
