The fundamental point of differentiation requires there be a professional relationship between the nurses and patients. The nurse’s duty is connecting content they have learned, process the information and utilize it in the practical environment.

I have developed a cultural norm of answering this question in a similar way of describing the working environment and availed responsibilities. Valuing the cognitive skills for the professional nurse will affect my response of the nursing duties. This is because valuing cognitive skills at the work place promotes diversity awareness. The appropriate practice measure mandates that the cultural initiatives and learning ought to be realistic. It further advices on the importance of avoiding low confidence performances and limiting overconfidence.

The significance of using empirically sustained research treatments compared to evidence-based practices depends on whether or not a clinician sees the study as applicable to their daily nursing practice. It is normal for nurses to express frustration that the examiners often do not ask queries that are of importance to the nursing practice. In the same way, researchers usually discover that the nurses find hard to clarify the imperative concepts they would like examined or researched in a feasible way.

The method of approaching a research question or idea presented in the study requires supportive evidence to aid in examining a nursing practice scenario. The PICOT format would be beneficial in examining a situation since it’s a helpful procedure for briefing the research questions. It outlines the treatment method and issues to reflect on when managing treatment to a specific patient in order to obtain impressive results.
