A project is basically a task that is given to a team of individuals who are assigned to give attention towards a particular situation that is designed to develop a sense of advancement in an organization or a company based on business and profit-defined condition. Relatively, it could be realized that to complete a specific project, a project manager is needed to provide guidance to the staff members involved in the process of project completion. A project manager’s role is to create different possibilities to make a specific condition that would provide guidance that would make a distinctive approach on how a task is supposed to be completed according to the organization’s outlined expectations.

There are specifically three things that a project manager takes into consideration as he intends to make a relative effect on how a specific task is completed. One specific thing is that of the role to guide, another role is to set schedule and third is to make sure that a task is completed fully according to the organization’s desire to advance. The role to guide specifically makes a definition on how a project manager establishes the foundation of a particular task through knowing who would be best for each task and what specific period of time is required for the completion of each task division. On the other end, the role to set a schedule involves the control that the project manager ought to have in reference to the time frame dedicated for the project’s completion. The third role of the manager is to make sure of the completion’s par standard in connection to what the organization expects. Overseeing that everything has been given attention to and that every detail of the project has been fully defined is the elemental factor that makes a project manager take the most important role in line with completing a specific task that has been scheduled and designed by the higher supervising officers of any organization.
