We checked our records and it indeed indicates a purchase from you about three years ago in March 2011. All of our HDTV models including WZ1 carry a total product warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase. The product warranty entitles the client to refund or replacement of the original product, whichever the client chooses, as long as one or more of the conditions in terms of warranty are met. We regret to inform you your product is one year past the time period covered by the warranty and, therefore, doesn’t qualify for refund.

We understand the frustration related to a broken product and would like to emphasize the fact that quality has always been our top priority. We are proud of the fact we offer 2-year warranty for our HDTV products whereas the industry standard is 1-year. Some of our products carry as long as 10-year warranty but products like HDTV are exceptions due to one or more of the reasons:

• The underlying technology is continuously changing
• Product is priced competitively, with low profit margin
• Product requires specialized repair facilities
