Methodologies for Integrating Quality Improvement Strategies into Performance Measurements

Quality improvement (QI) applies qualitative and quantitative techniques to improve the efficiency, competence, and safety of service delivery procedure and systems, in addition to the performance of human resources in delivering services and products.
