The limitations allow the nations to be more effective in the way they manage their resource for trade and get the best benefits from whatever trading with US could actually provide them with.

The trade barriers established alongside the rules of economic integration determinably provide a distinct indication on how modern trade operations are able to give limitations and permissions to nations as they intend to embrace freedom in trading within the international scale of operations. The reductions of trade barriers through the establishment of agreements and policies allow nations to determine what they could get from being able to undergo trade with the United States.
