Religion and Gender, Essay Example

Pages: 1

Words: 338

Essay

Religion and gender are the main reasons I am being discriminated against at the workplace. The discrimination results from fewer females in the workplace, and being a Christian has led to more discrimination. The cause of this religious discrimination is that Christians are a minority; thus, my beliefs and practices of Christianity are not rightly held. The cause of gender discrimination is a lack of legal protection. Ways of the solution are by ensuring employees are trained more often on how to relate with other employees despite their religion. Also, religious harassment should be avoided to reduce discrimination.

On gender discrimination, sexual assaults against women in the workplace should be avoided. Women’s platforms that are to be in power should be highly recognized. This problem will only be solved by ensuring there will be an employment tribunal that is underemployment equality which will help to reduce the discrimination. I feel that this problem can be solved by accepting all the situations that may arise at the workplace and how to solve them.

I always want to be ready for anything that might happen at the workplace, where I should be a problem solver on my own without involving a larger party. I will have achieved this by increasing the production of my work at the workplace. Technology should be of high standards to achieve the future outcome. To achieve the out, I should first encourage other workers on matters avoiding discrimination in the workplace.

The main difference is that I am the main problem and am still the person who will resolve the problem. The best approach for effective problem solving is by ensuring all the discrimination in the workplace is well addressed and solved. Therefore, I will recommend him all her to ensure there is evidence of the issue if any discrimination arises.
