Klingel Restoration of the estuary has the objective of providing restoration for central main habitat functions of the ecological habitats which are located in the Union River estuary.  The program is directed toward the restoration of the salmon species that include the Cutthroat, Coho, Chinook and Summer Churn salmon in the estuary.  A setback dike was built and the old dike system was removed. Holism is delineated by Leopold’s “The Land Ethic”. The present capitalistic system has been the causal attribute of inequality. These inequalities include abuse of workers economic stagnation and sexism.  Adaptability and innovation are required in order to overcome the belief systems and rigid structures. Adaptability and innovation must be a mutual purpose for all humanity.
