Articulate the driving forces and restraining factors of the human factor and systems management issues that serve to shape the evidence-based practice environment.

The need to combine the various complex knowledge, evidence, and perspectives and provide them to patients is important.  In this way, those in the nursing field are able to better realize the potential that these various factors employ in order to create a more beneficial environment for the patients.  By combining these factors, the individuals are able to attain more beneficial results for their patients.

In this way, the best adaption of the system is one that implements all of these various factors in their approach. “Successful implementation involves activities and outcomes at the practice level, organizational level, and systems level” (Metz, 2007).  By combining these essential factors, a better application of the practice can be achieved.  By achieving this better application a more advanced method can be used to approach the problem.

In this way, the driving forces behind these factors include the staff, training, coaching, and support.  The system takes into account the importance of implementing the model in this way.  Through the application of these methods, a better understanding of the systems can be attained.  In this way, the systems allow the application of the various methods in order to obtain better results.

The restraining factors behind these systems include the poor selection of staff and the poor implementation of the practices necessary to provide their frameworks.  “The implementation of high-quality evidence-based practices cannot occur without well-trained, well-prepared practitioners who are supported by informed and competent supervisors, coaches, and program managers” (Metz, 2007).
