The community in the North Palm Beach has a considerable number of health related issues that should be looked into. The poor quality of both water and air serves as a health hazard for the members of the community.

The community members should also check their diets in a bid to reduce the high cases of obesity in both the children and the adults.

Community Health Nursing Diagnoses: Write two priority community-health nursing diagnoses. Use the correct format for your diagnoses: Health Risk/problem of (specific injury, illness, or potential of, complications of, etc) among (specific population) related to (supporting evidence).

For example, Risk of asthma complications among children in SE Dallas County related to poor air quality, high incidence of poverty among children, low education level and high incidence of uninsured children.
