Introduction
Students undergoing a particular cycle of life transformation because of the emerging situations relating to broken families are expected to present particular assumptions of pressure and how they are likely going to face the challenges of living in a house where there is no balance of the presence of either the father or the mother. While this is becoming a common matter in the modern world, it could not be denied that it still presents distinct problems especially in relation to how these students develop self-confidence and self-trust; two of the most important assumptions of what good futures are made up of especially among students facing distinct familial problems which challenges their capacity to remain grounded in their desire to live normal lives.
In this presentation, an intervention program involving the emergence of a support group shall be given particular attention to. Noticeably, this program shall provide a foundation for the young students as they see through life’s most challenging adversities of their time. This intervention shall involve supporting three to five students at a time. It is assumed that such condition of intervention pattern would best cater to the needs of the targeted population especially as they are given the chance to open up themselves without feeling too overwhelmed with the crowd or the number of individuals surrounding them during the sessions.
Plan
The intervention program is to be undergone by the target population in a high school class. The concentration on such age is considered in this plan as it is viewed that their understanding of their situation at present would help out with all the other challenges that might cause them to tread in a wrong path in the future. Making them realize what they can still do about the situation and how they can cope with the dangers of facing such challenges accordingly, tis intervention program aims to make a definite turn on how developmental options of growth and behavioral redirection could be used to make it easier for the participants in the program to get the gist of what the intervention has to offer.
Organization
Through conducting a survey in school, involving them in the idea of making a definite turn on how they present the facts of their problems, young ones who are undergoing such situation are to be identified accordingly. This shall make it easier for the experts to become more effective especially in determining their specific needs as young individuals facing a distinct familial challenge in their lives.
After knowing who the participants would be, scheduling them for interview and analytical evaluation shall follow through. Once called in for appointment, the five participants who are to be considered in each session of the program would be dealt with accordingly. The five minute personal interview shall be separated from the group-based intervention where the participants are to be asked to share their stories to the group. Learning from each other’s experience and gaining understanding about their situation is what makes the whole intervention sound enough to provide what the target participants need.
Implementation
Scheduling of appointment on the sessions of interventions to be undergone is an essential part of the program’s completion. Hence, to implement the program, particular proctors are to be assigned to attend to each group. The proctors are expected to give evaluative presentations on how they have observed each participant and how they are aiming to assist each individual accordingly.
Evaluation
To analyze the overall data that has been collected from the intervention, constantly recording the progress report with regards the situation of each individual and what program or intervention approach would best fit the situation of a youngster should be undergone fully. The effectiveness of this approach shall then provide a much clearer presentation on how the development of a more positive perception on matters could help a young one to cope from such concept of failure in dealing with family-problems such as considering broken ties.
Final Remarks
In relation to the program presented herein, it is expected that the intervention would be able to cater to the needs of the target participants especially in helping them gain control off their situation hence come out victorious in handling such challenge in their being and their individual progress towards maturity. True to its sense, helping the students develop a more positive identity of their course of living shall provide them with a more defined insistence on how they ought to face their lives accordingly; even amidst the most adverse effects of living within a broken family setup.
Positively allowing the students to see this challenge as a form of opportunity that would give them a better sense of seeing their capacities to survive their current condition and become more capable of facing life at a much productive condition of thinking makes this program of intervention effective and applicable towards assisting students within the high school level.
