This article talks about a model of data center that impacts the today’s business.  The article further acknowledges that it is time to move into new technological world with regards todata centers. Here, it is worth noting that the article also comments on the new data center models.  Acknowledge-ably, this article points out on some few components of the current data model.

Arguably, the article illustrates that there data center to some extent comprises of data center models, which contains cable and risk management, storage networking compute and power cooling not forgetting to mention infrastructure and building security. At most, this article has singled out a component of data center management by the name data center model. It is good to note that this article’s strength is that it explains more about several components of data center design.  In doing this, any person reading this article can have a hint on what the whole phenomenon on data center management is.

However, its weakness is that, it does not give out a clear explanation to how each component works, in relation to each other to meet the expected goal. To add on, it can as well oppose a contradictory message to some people.

On the other hand, this article gives an explanation and some evident data on real time monitoring of distribution of power, as well as power use across a data centre. This article further explains that this can be very helpful to a person since it aids one to have the primary capability of measuring alerts, trends and actions.  It follows also that the article further explains that,data centre can help one to not only visualize, but also manage a capacity. This is important since, with the above function of data center, one can be in a better position to optimize and plan data operations.

It further points out on some components of data center management such as DCIM and CA. anyone reading this article will not fail to benefit from its vivid explanation of the importance of data centers, this is one of its strength. To finalize, the article gives a clear explanation plus a vivid photo of a chip, believed to be one of infrastructure of data centers. However, its weakness is that it does not fully utilize its resources to give out a clear explanation on data center management.

Here, this article also adds valuable information on data center management, however on the side of HP’s contribution on data center.  The article explains how the Hwelett-Packard is making a considerable profit by selling its services by a program named “facilities as a service”. This is an operational service that its operational principle concerns data management centre.  The article explains that the today’s’ business usually build their own business or lease space. All in the effort of maximizing data centers with regards to data center management.  This article explains the vision of the HP Company, where they have staged a plan to build a data center, which will encompass a complete environment and power systems, and also a customer specs. This will be taken to the lineage of customer, in other words it will basically meet the needs of customers.

The strength of this article is that it has touched on a new program by the name, “facilities as a service”. Therefore it is more of educative. Its weakness is that it does not clearly indicate how the programs will ad value to its business system. In other words, the article does not explain the pertinence of this program fully.
