The paper will address about two non-profit making organizations by comparing their fundamentals and basics to determine their successes and failures. This research looks into the reasons for the failure of one company, while the other is successful. Moreover, the reasons for one of the organizations, based on the organizational fundamental, have the success while the one is failing.
