Apple Inc under the NASDAQ AAPL code which is also known as Apple Computer Inc in the past is today’s one of the biggest companies that define modern technological innovations. Considered to be one of the biggest and highest earning organizations in the industry, Apple inc provides a larger arena for development among businesses enjoined in the industry of technological developments. Starting off with the best computer gadgets offered in the market towards the release of the most innovative mobile phones with high-end features, the products offered by Apple Inc in the market has been globally known through the years and is currently convinced to have a great impact on how or what the market perceives to be technologically high-end. What makes Apple Inc a successful organization both in the western countries and the eastern regions as well? The discussion herein shall present four particular aspects of business operations that apple embraces as part of their culture.

Economic Trends Affecting the Business

Founded in the 1970’s the company was noted to survive several economic turmoils in the past. Nonetheless, surviving such challenges has made the company stronger especially in the aspect of economic stability. Most often than not, it is the capability of the market to buy that questions the capability of the organization to penetrate the market. Hence, in recognition to this, it could then be realized that the pricing strategy used by the organization to fit the needs of the target market affects the organization’s capability to operate in the industry so much. Most likely, it is because of this that the company considers several strategies both in pricing and production procedures to be able to make sure that the market would be able to appreciate what is offered by the company.

Serving the needs and demands of the public is what makes Apple Inc stay at the top. Steve Jobs, one of its creators, was considered to be among the most valuable assets of the company especially when it comes to creating innovative products that often exceed clientele expectations. Remaining at the status of pioneer creators, Apple Inc has then begun to embrace a new wave of identification as the primary trend setter in the industry.

Business Tactics Implemented

Innovation is only one among the most successful points of strategies that the business embraces. Understandably, it could be realized that the impact of innovation is only a part of the entire strategy. Being a multinational company, Apple Inc makes sure that it embraces the course of development that globalization offers especially with regards the assumption  becoming one of the pioneers who set the path towards technological developments among its other competing organizations in the industry.

Managing Strategies towards Human Resources Development

Being a multinational organization, Apple Inc remains careful in serving the needs of its people, specifically its employees especially when it comes to addressing their benefits from the organization. Having different branches of operation for production and distribution all around the globe, the company adheres to the culture of oneness and unity when it comes to making policies among their employees that serve as the organization’s trademark in serving their own people’s values.

Conclusion

Internationally acclaimed organizations such as Apple Inc are noted for their stance in treading the competitive field of international trade and industries. However, it should be noted that before these organizations embraced the current status they are in, they first had to deal with several difficulties that shaped their culture, their characteristic and the tactics they use in assuring their business’ success in the industry. For Apple Inc, the collaborative operation of its administrators and its people from all around the globe all contributed to the company’s success.
