One of the main reasons why English is necessary at Al Faisal University is because compositions help in developing one’s English skills. It is critical to remember that the world has become a global village meaning everyone and everything is interconnected. From this perspective, one can reason that in order to fit into the wider world population one must learn the language. Statistics show that English is one of the most widely used language in the world. This means that in order to interconnect and be part of the wider community one has to learn English.
